Because our products are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure clarity and transparency.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@savagestitch.us with the following:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—either by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The delivered item does not match the approved proof or order specifications
• The order was canceled before production began
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
• Custom designs approved by the customer before production
• Errors in artwork or spelling approved in the final proof
• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Minor color variations due to screen differences or fabric types
🔄 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
